Circuit Judge - Division I   

The Division I Judge is primarily responsible for hearing most felony criminal cases in the district, which includes Yell, Logan, Scott and Conway Counties.

Honorable Betsy Danielson

Judge Danielson lives in Booneville, and was appointed to fill the Division I position by Gov. Mike Bebee, after the position was vacated by Judge Frank Arey, who had been appointed by Gov. Mike Huckabee to fill the slot that was open after Judge Paul Danielson (Judge Betsy Danielson's Husband) was elected to the Arkansas Supreme Court.
